Core Mobile & Digital Packages
All packages include standard Pennsylvania state-regulated notarial fees.
Standard Local Mobile Notary
What’s Included: Travel to any residential, corporate, or public location within our local service area, plus up to 4 notarized signatures.
Best For: Powers of Attorney, affidavits, auto titles, deeds, and general legal documents.
Premium & Extended Travel
What’s Included: Travel to locations outside Delaware & Chester Counties (including Philadelphia), or specialized settings such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities. Includes up to 4 notarized signatures.
Best For: Urgent signings, hospital patients & other institutional locations, or clients located in the City of Philadelphia.
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
What’s Included: A secure, completely digital audio-video notary session conducted entirely from the comfort of your home or office. Includes 1 digital notarized signature.
Best For: Out-of-state signers, busy professionals, or anyone preferring a 100% paperless transaction.
Add-Ons & Customizations
May be required depending on your needs. No additional fee for weekend appointments. $50 urgent dispatch fee applies between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am, or for immediate dispatch.

To remain transparent and fully compliant with state regulations, please note that our package prices combine these baseline state-regulated fees with our specialized mobile travel, administrative preparation, technology overhead, and convenience-based scheduling services. All travel fees are disclosed and agreed upon prior to travel.
